Return Policy:
Customer has 7 days after an item is received to notify the brand about a problem or the intend to return. Any claims made after that won't be accepted.
1. Quality Issues/Supplier Errors: If the return is due to product defects or our error, we will cover both inbound and outbound shipping costs.
2. Interception During Transit: If the customer requests a refund while the package is still in transit, the distributor must confirm with the logistics provider for interception fees. The distributor will need to cover both inbound and outbound shipping costs to proceed.
3. Unopened Package After Delivery: If the customer returns an unopened item, they are responsible for the return shipping cost to our warehouse. Note that we do not offer pickup services. The distributor must confirm payment of the return shipping fee before processing the refund.
4. Opened Package/Non-Quality Issues: Opened items (non-defective) are not eligible for returns. If the customer ships them back without authorization, they will incur additional disposal fees (amount varies; contact logistics for details).
We currently do not offer shipping to certain areas within the U.S., including Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and PO Box addresses. Therefore, orders destined for these locations cannot be processed at this time.Please ensure that your shipping addresses do not fall within these restricted areas before placing an order.
